*PERUVIAN MAXIMO PC-1. *MAXIMO
was bred by Maximo Diaz, at his
farm on the alti-plano, at an elevation of
14,500
in the Huaycho area of Peru and imported by Mark Brant in 1998.

PERUVIAN NORTIA,
has a Peruvian pedigree that would be hard to equal. She
was bred
by Wayne Rankin, Golden R Heart Ranch in Reno.
Her Hinterland-bred sire NORTE 2001 male (Federale, by *El Fuerte x *Nunoa
from Kay’s 1997 Peruvian Selection importation) was named unanimous
2002 ALSA National Champion Medium Wool Yearling male in a class of 35!
Dam PERUVIAN FINESSE, sired by black *La Raya Peru (high selling male
at the
1993 Peruvian Selection Sale) and out of black *Peruvian Fineza
(also from
the first Peruvian importation in 1993) was bred
by Richard Patterson,
Patterson Llamas, OR.
